“Una Buona” is Italian for “good one”. I chose to do a packaging that promoted not only a healthy lifestyle, but taught people the importance of portion control. Each little triangle folds up to one person’s serving amount of pasta needed per meal. This encourages people to be less wasteful with their groceries as well as helping those who overeat, eat alone, or those uneducated on portions.
I decided to go with a textured thick paper to make the actual noodle holding. I used a script font to name the paticular pasta that was being used, as well as a small illustration on how it looks. With so many different versions of pasta, having a general picture can help you decided which to buy. I like simple black details that offset the brown thick paper.
